Finally the time to “run it off” is here. I went for my first run this season. I’ve missed it!
I hope this year I will be more disciplined with my workouts. As you can see from my posts as well, I am not very good with fixed schedules.
Do you have any tips for me? How do you put up a schedule for your workouts in order not to miss and enjoy some occasional laziness too?
